The new hi-tech equipment enables us to execute works of high complexity with maximum execution precision. Trained employees can program benches correctly and are controlling the process.

Water JET mill allows cutting drawings of any programmed configuration out of any material: chalkstone, marble, granite, ceramic tiles, metal, glass, etc. and provides for sawing out the thinnest elements of the structure. Order in Auto CAD format is accepted, processed by operator and cut out on the equipment with precision of +/- 0.5 mm

CNC rope lathe provides for manufacturing different 3D elements from marble and granite blocks: columns and column shells, benches, cylinders, etc.

Three bridge sawing machines can mill corbels and portals, besides the simple sawing. Components cut out of chalkstone, marble and granite are then polished.

Special turning lathe for stone-processing turns columns, railing stands and balls.

Large number of sheet-materials and marble, travertine and granite blocks, including white Carrara marble is on offer in our production warehouse.

Assembly of executed components is performed on-site by VABEN professionals with work experience of many years.
